What is a Buyers Agent Commission?

In a real estate transaction the seller pays both the listing agent (that’s us) and the buyers agent a commission/fee. The Buyers Agent Commission is the percentage you pay to the buyers agent for finding you a buyer. Generally, we recommend 2.5% to 3% for most properties. By offering a fair commission, you’ll often get more exposure to buyers and better offers. If the Buyers Agent Commission is to low, agents will likely be discouraged from showing your property.
