Throughout the process you’ll have unlimited access to your assigned assigned sales team 24/7. Each flat fee agent and team member works remotely and virtually, allowing them to quickly respond and to help move your transaction along. Keeping everyone in the loop and able to consult on important decisions.


1. Submit your contact information and property information.

2. An agent will be assigned to your listing and you’ll be contacted within 48hrs to answer questions and begin the listing process

3. You'll send us your property photos

4. You’ll receive a proof of your listing before it goes live on the MLS.

5. Review your MLS listing and let us know of any changes you want to make.

6. Order optional signage, flyers or lock box.

8. Schedule showings with interested buyers and their agents

9. Review your offers.

10. Let us know if you’d like us to discuss or submit counter offers for you

11. Accept an offer.

12. We'll help schedule walk through and inspections

13. We'll help prepare your closing paperwork and disclosures.

14. You'll review and complete the transaction.

15. Pay your flat fee through the escrow process
